Community Code of Conduct

As a MEG Community member, I agree to:

Respect fellow members, leaders and different opinions.

Maintain positive, constructive and professional communication.

Share only MEG and FLP-related materials and updates. Shared announcements, educational materials, activities and information must relate directly to MEG or Forever Living Products (FLP) and comply with MEG guidelines and applicable approvals.

Respect other members' privacy and confidentiality.

Use MEG resources responsibly and follow applicable sharing restrictions.

Avoid misleading information and inappropriate product or income claims.

No personal or external business promotions. Do not advertise, promote or recruit for unrelated personal businesses, other companies, products, services or business opportunities, including promotional links and invitations to external business groups.

Respectful communication and responsible social media conduct. Do not harass, bully, threaten, make malicious personal attacks, knowingly spread false information or disclose confidential information about members, uplines, sidelines, downlines, MEG leaders, MEG or FLP. This applies within the Community and to external conduct that directly affects its safety, privacy or functioning. Respectful disagreement, good-faith complaints, constructive criticism and lawful reporting remain permitted.

Community Governance & Membership

MEG Community is committed to maintaining a respectful, positive and supportive environment for all members.

MEG EXCO reserves the right to suspend or remove any member from MEG Community who violates the Code of Conduct, engages in serious misconduct, or fails to meet membership eligibility requirements.

Decisions will be made at the discretion of the authorised MEG EXCO, taking into consideration the nature and seriousness of the situation. Where appropriate, members may be given an opportunity to clarify or address the matter before a final decision is made.

Serious misconduct may include targeted harassment, bullying, threats, malicious personal attacks, knowingly spreading false information or unauthorised disclosure of confidential member information. EXCO will assess credible evidence and context, including relevant social media conduct. Serious cases may require immediate protective suspension or removal; other matters may be handled through clarification or warnings. Good-faith complaints and lawful reporting are not misconduct merely because they criticise MEG, FLP or a leader.

Removal from MEG Community does not automatically affect the member's Forever Living Products (FLP) membership or business status.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Good to know

Is this a public group? Can I invite friends or customers?

No. MEG Community is private and invitation-only for eligible MEG members with FLP VIP status or above. You may refer eligible MEG members to the official registration form, but please do not share a private WhatsApp invitation link. Non-eligible friends and customers cannot join.

Do I need to achieve monthly sales to stay in Community?

No. There is no minimum monthly sales requirement for MEG Community.

Do I have to attend activities or check in every month?

No. Participation, attendance and monthly check-ins are voluntary for Community members.

Is my registration automatically approved?

No. Your details are reviewed for eligibility by authorised MEG leadership. Once approved, you will receive joining instructions.

Can I leave this group anytime? Is there any penalty?

Yes. You may leave the MEG Community WhatsApp group at any time without a Community-specific penalty or automatic effect on your FLP membership or business status. You can apply to rejoin later, subject to eligibility and approval.

Can I apply for Fighter later?

Yes. Fighter is available whenever you feel ready to take a more active role in building your business. Contact your upline or MEG leader to request registration. Separate review and approval apply.

Who can see my registration information?

Only authorised MEG administrators and designated EXCO reviewers who need the information to manage registration and membership. For privacy enquiries, contact megecosystem@gmail.com. Retention arrangements must be confirmed before launch.
